Kids want to be active—but it’s even better when they have proper guidance, expert coaching, and a crew of friends to grow with. The EHF Youth Summer Program gives kids ages 8–13 a safe space to move, learn, and build confidence in their bodies.
In this 10-week program, participants will train twice a week in small-group personal training sessions designed specifically for growing bodies. Our certified coaches teach proper form, equipment use, and healthy habits in a fun and engaging format.
